How much are the shipping costs?

Our shipping costs within Germany are calculated according to weight. For orders up to 17 kg, the shipping costs are 5.90€. Further pricing can be found on the "Shipping" page. EXCEPTION: We charge shipping costs for orders that only contain tea. of 3.90€. Shipping is free for orders over 19€ (excluding tea). Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

How long does delivery take?

The shipping time is usually 2-4 working days. As soon as we send your delivery, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

Where is my order?

As soon as your delivery has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email. In it you will find the tracking number with which you can track your delivery. You will usually receive your delivery in 2-4 working days.

What payment options are available to me?

You can pay by PayPal, credit card, invoice via Klarna, Sofortüberweisung, Giropay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
